After our initial onboarding period, our support is offered as fixed packages or ongoing support/management. All of our packages include ongoing tech support and begin at $750/month. Note: After our mandatory 60 Day Onboarding, clients are offered the option to continue with a fixed retainer package. One time strategy sessions are also available and require no long-term commitment.


Review and analysis of your current Active Campaign setup (email campaigns, lists, forms, automations, deals, lead scoring, integrations, tagging, segmentation, etc.). Recommendation on strategy and improvement/enhancement of interactions moving forward.


Account management, reports/analytic tracking, and consulting on strategy and improvement/enhancement of interactions and account setup; handling of all tech support issues directly with Active Campaign throughout the partnership


We consult with you or your team on a regular basis to improve the general understanding of your account and help with improvement/optimization overtime.


Training videos on how to get started with Active Campaign (starting your free trial, understanding the dashboard, lists and forms, importing engagement automations, tags, site tracking, and brainstorming around setting up automations); best practices for deliverability.


We support you during the launch process by pre-scheduling all email campaigns and gathering benchmark data. For example: segmentation performance, open rates, click through rates, unsubscribe rates, bounce rates, best performing subject lines. We then meet with you post-launch to share our analysis and debrief.


We'll speak virtually or in-person to your group about any one of our areas of expertise. We are also available for workshops dedicated to implementing on the strategies and best practices that we teach.

*Note: We work within your ActiveCampaign account and will work closely with your Advertising Department on lead capture, follow-up emails, attribution, monitoring and feedback loops where ActiveCampaign plays a role in the ad funnel. However, we do not provide Digital Advertising as a service.
